  • Refunds may be issued at the discretion of BestPlay Sports. Once a program has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable. Any exceptions will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Participants, parents, and spectators are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times. BestPlay Sports reserves the right to remove any individual who disrupts the environment or violates our standards.

  • Participation in sports involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that BestPlay Sports is not liable for injuries that may occur during participation.

  • By participating, you grant BestPlay Sports permission to use photos or videos taken during programs for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • BestPlay Sports reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, or program details due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs.

  • By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following:

    • Program Description: BestPlay Sports sends automated text messages for registration confirmations, schedule updates, weather alerts, and program reminders.

    • Opt-In: Users must explicitly opt-in via our website forms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

    • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

    • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on program enrollment.

    • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send "STOP", we will send a confirmation and then no further messages will be sent.
